Transforming Telecaller Onboarding: A Cost-Effective Redesign to Drive Engagement and Trust

SquadStack is a telecalling outsourcing platform that enables large businesses to manage customer interactions through trained, remote telecallers efficiently. However, our previous onboarding process was confusing, leading to high dropout rates and requiring monetary incentives to retain users. Through a human-centred redesign, I transformed the onboarding experience to build trust, reduce costs, and significantly boost tele-caller engagement.
